This doctor might be very talented, but the time it takes just to get into her office-- only to be shut down as you stand there-- was four billable hours, not including the commute. An impossible phone situation means staffers have to call you; you can't call them. I was told to get a referral I did not need. Several faxes were lost. And when I showed up (after the dr cancelled my appointment with a week's notice) I was rudely told I had to call my insurance provider, as there was an issue.

Dr. Dynkevich is highly knowledgeable, caring and very responsive. She coordinated my car for a rare thyroid condition and followed up to make sure everything went well. I hate that she's only in Brooklyn now, but I venture out there because she's that good!

Called to see if they offered Testosterone Therapy. They said Yes. Went to the office she said we don't do the shots & u need to get a blood test first. Never told me that until after the visit. I was in there about 2 min. Never examined me or anything. Just said I would have to come back another day but billed me for $322.40

I am a diabetic and I have high expectrations of my doctors. Dr Dynkevitch is my 8th endo. I fired 6 and one (who was great) moved out of state. This is a doctor who really cares, will take the time to talk and discuss things, and share information. She is a wonderful doctor and I plan to stay with her because I feel I can trust her with my health. Her staff is also pretty good and I never have a problem with setting appointments, calling in when I need a script or waiting to see the Dr.
