Hi YLG Team, I've contacted you on multiple occasions via email, phone, and ZocDoc requesting my medical documentation. It is truly such a shame that I've received no response from your team. If you don't have the records, you can just be transparent. But to completely ignore a former client and cancel my appointment is not only unprofessional but disrespectful. It is so unfortunate that your practice operates in this manner.

Liza and her team’s work ethic is immaculate. My mental health has now become my priority and I work on it everyday greatly along side Liza. Highly recommend.

For my first time seeking help i was very hesitant however from the second i entered i felt welcomed! I’ve been able improve my day to day life which i thought was impossible, all thanks to Liza.

I would like to apologize To Yelizaveta for a prior statement I made ..There was a confusion on the name when I made the appointment online. I will still hope that YLG will be able to help me sort this out. I spoke to Yelizaveta and she helped me through the phone . I do recommend YLG the therapist they were was sweet and kind .

They are absolutely terrible about keeping appointments, returning calls, or deeping a schedule of any kind., Do not use them if you are looking for dependable consistent care. I can't warn you off strongly enough.

I have been seeing Salma Abdou for quite some time now and she has been my greatest help. Before meeting Salma I felt so out of place and now she has brought clarity to my outside issues and mental health. She is fully knowledgeable and understanding when speaking to her. She takes the time to listen and interpret the emotions going on in your mind. I have been in a much better place after seeing Salma, and beyond appreciative of her help and just knowing she's there for me.

Liza has been so helpful for the past few years for me. Since seeing her I have been in a much better place with myself, helping me tackle my outside issues. I’ve become so much more stable and happy overall. The scheduling is flexible and there is so much support to help everything fit into your personal schedule.

I wish I read these reviews months ago. I ended up making an appointment with YLG to get an RX refill after my NP suddenly switched to this practice. Almost 3 months after my appointment I was charged $160 out of the blue. It seems the staff decided not to take my insurance AFTER my appointment and used the card on file I authorized for copays to charge whatever they want. They ignored my emails so had to file a dispute with my bank. Instead of responding to my bank with proof that I agreed to pay out of pocket, they just charged me another $160. This is after ignoring my written requests to remove my card information from their records. I've never experienced anything like this with a merchant, much less a doctor's office. I hope you're reading this before your appointment so you can avoid the headache and disrespect. I miss my amazing NP :'(

Very disappointing.

This is the most unprofessional and unwelcoming office I have ever been to. The reception is nonexistent and unreliable, yet they will do anything they can do take every penny from you. I received an email about 4 months after seeing my NP that she has "left the practice" with zero notice. Not only is that sketch, but also Yelizaveta (the owner), hit me with "it'll cost $150 to see a different provider" at the same office. Mind you, I am overdue for my refill. What a joke. Most offices will charge you a co-pay BEFORE you see the doctor, however at this scum office, they bill you with all of your racked up copays at once with zero notice, on top of throwing in a $100 cancellation fee that was disputed and uncalled for. I have been gaslighted, schemed, and ignored by this office (Yelizaveta). As someone who is going into the mental health field herself, this bedside manner is completely disgusting and atrocious. Please avoid this SCHEME of an office. Everyone there, specifically the owner (Yelizaveta), is beyond incompetent, and their true colors show. Your mental health deserves so much more.
