She is great. She has helped me control my sugar, better than other doctors I have seen.

Dr. Gu is amazing. The problem is her staff. You have to jump through hoops to get anything done. My medication needed prior authorization. They said they would take care of it. A week later, nothing was done. It doesn’t matter how great the doctor is if their support staff is incompetent or just plain lazy.

Horrible I called to tell her staff I would arrive shortly after having trouble finding a spot I was told there was parking in the building. I arrived at 10 am I was then told my appt was canceled by the dr they asked if I wanted to reschedule to 11am I rescheduled then I was told the dr won’t be In Till 1 pm I retrieved my car and left horrible not even a phone call to me to let me know I was cancelled

Dr. Gu is very thorough, personable and handled my situation with great care. She calls me personally on any updates and even visited me after my thyroid surgery when I was in recovery (which she did not have to do as she wasn't directly involved in the surgery).
