This was a follow up visit with Dr Early Chemo and radiation finished. I have always been greated and treated with care and understanding. I always feel comfortable and important. I can't say enough good things.11/1/2021Well it's a different story this visit. I was taken to a room 45minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I sat in a room waiting for the Dr one hour after that. Finally saw a resident/fellow and was sent on my way 2 hours after my scheduled appointment.

Roswell was fine as always. I'm the one who forgot my appointment with Amy. I was on my way to the Breast Clinic when I was distracted by a brief conversation with a man sitting in the lobby near the Deli. I even had a written reminder in my purse. Not that it is anything I think will be pursued, but, had the nurse or receptionist reminded me on the way out, how to get to the Breast Clinic from Nuclear Medicine, I would not have gone out the front door to the parking lot instead of following the long corridor to the next building. That's the second time that, that has happened. Next time, I will ask for a specific reminder before leaving the exam rooms corridor. I wonder of others get distracted by all that is going on in the Roswell's clinic halls. Maybe posting this will improve my memory next time.

Still getting to know each other but she was very thorough and listened to my concerns. Her entire staff was very conscientious and while I don’t have answers yet, I do understand better what a previous doctor didn’t tell me.

Dr early insisted on seeing me before refilling my prescription. Office made appointment & mailed date/time to me. Got here and Dr Early is on vacation all week! Four hours of driving, a day’s pay and a huge bill to NOT see Doctor. The PA standing in was very GOOD and answered questions that I’ve been asking for 2 years
