Dr. Butler exemplifies the highest ethics in medical practice. He is most knowledgeable, caring and thorough. As a surgeon, he is first class. He instills confidence in the practice, and more importantly, he instills confidence in the patient’s own ability to promote a healthy recovery by giving the patient all the tools necessary to successfully navigate and promote a complete recovery. He is humble, gentle and a joy to have as a medical professional in my life. Phenomenal experience!

I am a newer patient of Dr. Butler's and this has been my first experience having a colorectal doctor. I felt very anxious going into the process, but quickly became more at ease due to Dr. Butler's calm and informative presence. He explained every part of the exam, his treatment recommendations were very clear, and he left room for me to ask whatever questions I had. As a younger female patient, I felt safe and comfortable through the whole process. I appreciate his care and his professionalism.

Needed bowel resection because of chronic diverticulitis. Dr. Butler has a very calm, professional demeanor. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel confident in trusting him with my procedure. A bonus is that his office staff was extremely efficient, and that is not always the case. I would highly recommend this surgeon.
