Dr Cotter and the staff at EVA are wonderful! From signing in , completing various tests , meeting with the Dr. and signing out, my experience was great! Everyone was friendly and professional, I am thrilled to have such a great practice in the city!

I was somewhat disappointed with Dr. Cotter. He did not appear interested or concerned with my dry eye issue. It is doubtful I will return for a follow-up.
