Dr Salcedo is the worst doctor I have come across in a long time. I told his office I was never coming back and cancelled all my appointments, yet this guy has the nerve to send me a letter saying I'm not his patient anymore. NO, I FIRED YOU! Your the guy that lets his PA's dictate what is being done and never once sees " his patients". If you ask to see or speak to him your told well he always agrees with the PA, so no. And the office staff can't seem to comprehend, please give me the number I'll call later, rather they force you to speak to someone ignoring the fact you have told them you have another appointment they are making you late for. I felt attacked and threatened by the staff here, especially Rachel who refused to show me her name tag. Rachel should just be named the instigator.

This is not an accurate picture of the physician. Although after going to invion health for almost 4 years being treated by PA's working under him I can honestly say I have never meet the man. A gpain management doctor so disinterested in his patients you never meet him. When you have a problem the office is quick to accuse. Very nasty staff . I was greated by a nasty 400 lb woman that had her name badge flipped so I couldn't see her name stating she was an MA when I asked a question she said "since you know nothing about medical things you wouldn't understand". She proceeded to not understand social distancing through the remainder of my appointment. Invision health you are too big for your own good. Dr Salcedo you should see what your PA's do to your parents

Saw this Doc for a caudal injection. This was a pretty unpleasant, uncomfortable procedure, HOWEVER, Doc Salcedo spent considerable time explaining the procedure, illustrating his explanation with a model lumbar spine. He informed me of what to expect and when. He was down-to-earth, polite, professional and empathetic. His assistant, Jim was kind, considerate and tried to put me at ease. Great team, those two!

Impossible to schedule an appointment with this office without it being rescheduled. My appointment was rescheduled twice because of paperwork errors. Office personnel has not accountability or empathy for patients. Avoid this place.

Dr. Salcedo is a wonderful Dr., who is both highly skilled and compassionate. He is personable, while providing cutting edge care. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is suffering.

I have seen dr salcedo for several years before he came to Invision health . He listens and understands what patients are going through. I know its hard for him to prescribe opiates due to the government telling them what they can order as well as the dosage. Dr salcedo still treats the patient amd ther pain. I see one of his nurse practitioner c klemp she is wonderful she also listens and tries to alleviate the pain for the patient . I have no problems the office staff they are very patient and compassionate i thankful for them

The worst visit I have ever had for my in-law. after a long wait of 1 month she went for her visit, she is suffering from severe pain from spinal stenosis. Why did she not bring her photo ID....this mistake is enough for this racist doctor to cancel her visit. The patient's son was waiting outside and right a way went back to home to get the ID, but this fucking doctor's office cancelled her visit when she was about to get the ID within 10 minutes. Even though she was asked them to switch her visit with the next person on the line. They did not listen to a patient , did not realize the sufferings of a 72 years senior citizen. What a shame!Only reason they were giving that they can't wait .When we ask the office to switch her visit with the next patient , they replied that that patient wasn't showed up then.So they should have enough time to give a patient who already in their office to get her ID.Her visit was at 9:20 am and her son brought the ID from home at 9:35 am . This fucking office and this doctor could not wait for 15 minute ! How rude, selfish, and racist they are. No empathy, sympathy , love , concern for the patient. Only thinking of how to make more money. I do not get the point of only not to bring ID and which someone was bringing for her ; was the reason to cancel a patient's appointment who was already in there. Do not go to this doctors office. I will never ever recommend this doctor .

I have nothing to complain about the Doctor. My problem is with whoever listens and answers the phone when you leave a message. I had an appointment with a Doctor Avino, another Doctor. Who I also have no problem with. I had a voice mail on my phone when I woke up from the Doctor's office to call the office back by 4 PM if I had any questions about the appointment I was suppose to have, which was going to be by phone,' I had questions,' so from 11: 30 AM to 3 PM, I called and wanted to speak to someone at the Doctors office to ask questions. MY 3RD Phone call now. I had NO RESPONSE from them, When I called back at 3:45 MY 4TH PHONE CALL, STILL NO RESPONSE from the Doctors's office. When I called at 3:00 PM I told them how many times I called with NO RESPONSE BY ANYONE and that if I don't get a response by 3 : 45 I will find another Doctor's office that returns their patience's phone calls, Because now it's almost 4PM and still NO RESPONSE. What kind of office does that to a patient ?

Dr. Salcedo is a great Dr.. Have been going to him for awhile and find him to be courteous, listens to your concerns, and, takes an trys to help relieve your pain. His Assistants are, very, nice and works with you and your concerns. The Staff greets you with a friendly smile and are patient with handicapped patients. I would recommend Dr. Salcedo to others and I have.

Dr. Salcedo is wonderful! He takes the time to explain every procedure thoroughly. Kind, compassionate, and understanding. His assistants are informative and helpful and obviously knowledgeable. Everything in this office is spotlessly clean. I highly recommend Dr. Salcedo in you are in need of pain management.
