List of Donald Nenno's Reviews
Been seeing Dr. Nenno since 2010. He replaced both knees. The surgery went really well. I highly recommend him. The staff is great. I have no complaints about Dr. Nenno or his staff.
Terrible this has been the worst doctor and practice ive been too in my life i broke my foot and they dont explain nothing just treat everyone like a drug addict and hurry them out.
I have been going to Dr. Nenno for awhile now and to call him a Doctor is even a stretch. But first I'd like to address the disgusting personality of the secretary that works there. You can tell that there is a lack of understanding on how to be a people person and instead would excel more as a fast food dish washer. She is rude and belittling and her attitude and job skills reflect on the establishment where she works. Now on to "Dr." Nenno, I have wrist issues and the past 4 visits have had me go into the office just to be seated and asked "does it still hurt?" Why yes Dr it does hurt that is indeed why I am attending your office. But instead of anything remotely close to helping me, he instead says "well come back in six weeks and let's see what happens". After about 4 or 5 times of that same statement I've had enough. And I know I am a fool to have let it go that long and give this petty excuse for a doctor my money, but his location was convenient for me. Now, I would rather travel across the globe then go back to this "doctor". Do not waste your time here, there is nothing but sour people with the brain activity of a wooden stump. I hope he finds a job more suited for his job skills, which are few to none, but still one could hope.
He did a great job on my right hip. He corrected the hip surgery on my left hip. I now have to take antibiotics every day for 6 to 8 months. then I get another surgery to remove a cement spacer that was put in already. During that surgery I will receive a new hip and a new femur. Not happy.
The worst excuse of a doctor I have ever gone to. 3 visits and 6 months and I am still the same. Complete waste of money and time.
Dr. Nenno preformed a hip replacement on my 62 year old husband. Full disclosure - my husband was not in the best of health going in, 2 heart stents and high blood pressure, but I never expected him to die. But that is not what this review is about . It is about the way I was treated by Dr Nenno. First, it is up to the doctor to send someone out to give a loved one updates. The surgery took hours longer than expected. NO ONE came out to give me an update, ever. You can imagine my relief when I finally saw him. He coldly waved me into a private room, sat me down and said " the surgery took much longer than expected, his blood pressure was up and down and he lost a lot of blood. The hip is in but I didn't do as good a job as I would have liked because I had to hurry." He said my husband was in Cardio/ICU and the cardio team would be out to speak with me. That I should go to the cardio/ICU waiting room. I opened my mouth to ask a question and he put his hand up (he didn't even know what I was going to ask) and said "Don't ask me any questions, it's not my field. I put the hip in. I did my job." That was it. I never heard from, or saw him again. My husband died later that morning. Thank you Dr. Nenno for being so kind to me that evening after surgery; when I was sitting there all alone, in shock, and you just walked away...

People say some doctors loose their touch with age. Not Dr. Nenno. As long as this guy practices he is the very best anywhere - in my opinion. He fixed a badly broken shoulder from a motorcycle race that 4 other doctors would not take. Nothing fancy - just accurate diagnosis through xray and observation, and surgical expertise to match. He is the best I have seen.
32 years ago I missed a turn in a bike race and had a. B ad A/C shoulder separation. 3 doctors told me I had to live with the bone sticking up. Dr Nenno said he could fix it. I woke up from surgery a new man. I swim, golf and lead a normal life. I can never repay him. He is amazing and the best. A great office staff as well.
I have not been to Dr. Nenno's offices but Google has incorrectly addressed the office to this residential home. His office is located at468 Delaware Ave Ste 200, Buffalo, NY 14202.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
