The office was modern and efficient. It was my first time going. The dr. I switched from I would be there a minimum of three hours, I was in and out in half an hour.

My visit went smoothly. A bit awkward starting the exam in the hallway, but staff very nice. Did not have to wait for care. There are efficiencies we’ll set up in the office to make your visit easy and quick. See you next year. Thank you.

Two problems with my eye exam visit: (1) I had to wait ~20 minutes in the middle of my exam for a room to become available after they gave me numbing/dilating drops. It was unpleasant to wait that long in a bright room. The woman who took care of the first half of my exam seemed uninterested and tired. Dr. Styn was nice. And (2) my prescription appears to be off. My vision with the new glasses is, at best, the same as my old glasses (two-year-old prescription), and at worst, they make me dizzy or give me a headache. For reference, to account for any "break in" period for the new prescription, I'm writing this 2-3 days after wearing the new glasses. I've been to other eye places that give me more accurate, comfortable prescriptions, all without giving me numbing/dilating drops and making me wait 20 minutes in the middle of my exam. I would look elsewhere if possible.

Very professional, and takes the time to explain each procedure. They also space out appointments so you are not waiting hours. The staff are very friendly and the office is clean.

Eye practice shows a lot of promise but I won't be returning. Reception staff is very friendly and polite. Waiting area is clean and spacious. Weirdly, they keep patient room doors open which is not very private. Saw Dr. Campbell as a new patient. He is rude, short with answers to the point being insulting. He also failed to understand key points in patient history. Also failed to care understanding gaps in patient history and even bluntly retorted "I've been a doctor for.. years." This provider needs to improve his listening skills and bedside manner. He also did a very lazy eye exam and failed to do any basic treatment discussion or follow up plan. The entire interaction was maybe 6 min. The treatment I received today was nothing short of abhorrent.

Dr. Dusse has treated me for several years. I trust in his expertise. He listens to my concerns and addresses them. It is rare to find a doctor that genuinely cares for his patients. He is the ultimate professional.
