List of Khurshid Guru's Reviews
Dr. Guru is a skilled surgeon and a highly regarded urologist by both his patients and his peers. I am so happy I went to Roswell for a second opinion. Dr. Guru truly listened to my pre surgery concerns with understanding and compassion. I am now 2 years cancer free. Thank you Dr. Guru and your wonderful Staff.
A truly no nonsense operation. Dr. Guru tells you like it is. I have been in his care for over 7 years and am very pleased with his personal and professional service.
I've had two procedures at Roswell now, and I've never had a single complaint. Dr. Guru and the fine " Captains " on is team, and everyone really are top-notch professionals and really good people who care. Thank you
dr guru is so beyond everyone else,,your comfortable knowing dr guru will be taking care of me ,,hes the best
Dr. Guru is Top-Shelf. I appreciate his expertise.
As I see all these five star ratings I have to scratch my head and ask if I got the same MD. My experience with Dr. Guru did not offer me any reassurance or confidence in the treatment I was seeking. After going through the six step check-in process (quite tedious) and making it to the exam room, his fellow (intern) came in and spoke to me. We discussed my chart and when I indicated that I was there for surgery he looked puzzled. He said that my case was not one for surgery but for active surveillance. This was in direct contradiction with the urologist who referred me Dr. Guru and who was intricately aware of my history. The fellow was in the exam room for about 15 minutes. He left and a short while later Dr. Guru came in and told me that active surveillance was best for me (basically taking the fellow at his word and not doing his own assessment). Dr. Guru was in the room approximately 3-5 minutes (and that may be generous). How do I know he did not independently review my chart? Two reasons; first, the fellow in his assessment did not take into consideration the medication that artificially lowers my PSA and secondly, about 3 weeks later I had a teleconference with Dr. Guru (which lasted about 2 minutes) where he inquired of me things that if he had glimpsed my chart he would have known. He asked if I had an MRI and biopsy. Unfortunately, I lost confidence in Dr. Guru and do not feel comfortable leaving my treatment in his hands. I am now in the process of getting another opinion out of state.
I just love Dr. Gruru. Unfortunately I did see him during my recent bladder treatment
The best! Specifics can be provided, but as of April it will be 6 years of life..and continuing after surgery. My husband is still active at 91.
He is the top doctor in his field. He trained many other doctors who do the same surgery. Go to the master not the student.
My last appointment was only 1 hour and 45 minutes. Best ever. The staff are all polite and professional. Couldn’t be at a better place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
