The adjucnct people were very nice and helpful. But this doctor was gruff and not nice. He was in a big hurry. He asked me questions using medical terms and when I didn't understand them he became impatient. He criticized my doctor, who was on vacation, in front of me, more than once. Then he ran out the door. Not a pleasant experience.

Very professional doctor and supporting staff. Always explains in clear easy to understand language and asks for any other questions.

Worse experience with an ophthalmologist in my entire life. This provider did not introduce himself when he entered the room with his scribe. He was rude, insulting, failed to listen to patient's concerns, and didn't even bother to ask if there were any questions or issues to address during the visit. I politely attempted to address his gaps of understanding in the patient history, but instead he threw the classic patriarchal line of "I've been a doctor for.. years.." The scribe and I looked at each other in shock. He did a half hearted eye exam then hurriedly told me to do some drops as he left the room. No other discussed plans or follow up. The entire interaction was maybe 6 min. This abhorrent treatment deserves zero stars if I could give it.

The parking lot was full and I was nervous that I was going to be late for my next appointment!! When I arrived, I was checked in and sat in the waiting area and I was called within 5 minutes to the back and everything ran smoothly from there and I was out in about 45 minutes if that!!! The office visit was excellent!!! Thank you all for everything!!!

The staff are Awesome! Very relaxing actually. Appointments are spot on. I was seen before my appointment time. And Dr. Campbell answered any question that I had. I can't say enough about the great staff that works there! I'm actually looking forward to see everyone again.

Excellent visit always with ECVA. Dr. Campbell especially has excellent patient report and is a well trained surgeon with great outcomes. I trust him completely and had better than I could have ever hoped for outcomes with my cataract surgery.
