List of Roger Walcott Md's Reviews
Went in for a radio frequency ablasion of my greater saphenous vein. On my right leg. I trusted this guy because he's suppose to be a vascular surgeon. Well big mistake the leg is worse then ever and I'm in constant agony and pain when I call the office they just tell me go to the emergency room. Not sure what to do at this point or if it will ever be the same or can be fixed. But as of right now I feel as if I have a permanent disability because of his work on my leg! Very dissatisfied and upset to say the least . Do not recommend it treatment here at all.
I have constant pain and problems worse then ever before , after receiving a vein treatment from Dr. Walcott, not sure if uit's nerve damage or what but the leg is in constant pain and agony. Living with what seems a permanent disability now. Cannot recommend treatment by him.
I have a serious leg problem and Condition now with constant pain and agony after going In for what I was told was going to be a simple vein procedure. I trusted this man who is around my same age , that he was a vascular surgeon who knew what he was doing. Instead I have a debilitating Condition now that I have no idea how to handle and or if it will ever get better. The leg was extremely compromised and I have to live in agony now because of it. When I reached out I get no answers or help from their staff. I cannot in good conscience recommend.
Dr. Walcott is an exceptional surgeon with excellent listening, analytical, and communication skills
WHAT A DISASTER Left my house 9:30 Went to the front entrance of sisters hospital they took my temp Walked across parking lot to lab for doppler told to go to office to check in 1st.. waited 20 to 25 mins. Waiting room crowded during COVID Stood in hallway got to desk receptionist being trained another 10 mins. Went back to lab young girl done doppler took forever 30 mins? Had to wait again returned with someone to check her work at least another 10 mins? Told to go to office waited again Forgot about me When seen by PA and another trainee . They were Speaking like I didn't know what was going on then they were Called out by the Dr came back 5 to 10 mins later Told them I was leaving. Got frustrated and left. I Had another appt. This was the worst experience . Nothing like spending 4 hrs for a scheduled appointment and never even seen the doctor. If I could give minus stars I would
Dr. Walcott is an excellent physician. Caring, extremely intelligent, and astute in his field. He takes the time to speak to you, and listens to your concerns. Makes you feel at ease with treatment and concerns. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of vascular care.
Dr Walcott is a very personable and caring individual. When my wife was going through some physical problems the Dr. showed me that there still are caring people who look out for the individual. He was very thorough and was open about the surgery and follow up.I would recommend Dr. Walcott and this organization. Thank you Dr Walcott.
If you like endless consults then you've got the right guy. If you'd like something actually done then don't waste your time, because the apparent goal here is to string you along for as long as possible while collecting as many fees allowable. After SIX (6) visits my legs look no different. And you should anticipate the unexplained assistant tapping away at her laptop during every visit, doubtless so they can double-bill the insurance company.
This was the best doctor visit ever. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. The doctor took his time explaining each of the options for my treatment ( in terminology I could actually understand) and the pros and cons of each. Dr. Walcott has great bedside manner and I didn't feel rushed during the appointment. Also his staff was very kind, they took time help me navigate my insurance coverage.
I had vein problems in my leg and got in to see Dr Walcott. The receptionist was nice and I was taken right in. He took time to listen to me and then after I had an ultrasound decided on how to treat me. My care was really good and I would go back there.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
