I do not believe there could be a better cardiologist than Dr. S. Waheed. He is so attentive to your needs and almost knows your questions and concerns before you ask. His bedside manner is one that every physician should copy. He keeps the whole family informed when you are his patient. If anyone is looking for the best cardiologist in Pensacola, they have to look no further than Dr. Waheed, he is the best!

Dr. Waheed is very kind and understanding. He listens and takes time to explain treatment options. During every visit I have been very impressed with him. His Nurse is also great and calls to let you know what is happening when needed.

Dr Waheed was prepared and understood all my husbands issues. He answered questions and explained everything. He went the extra mile to insure we understood and were on the right track for my husbands care. We did not feel rushed. We really like him and have confidence in him.

Since my father’s first visit, Dr. Waheed was patient with all of our questions, called us back personally, and gave us options for care when my father had concerns. Dr. Waheed completed a heart cath today on my father. He gave me two updates and he care and concern was greatly appreciated. He understands most of what he explains is new to us and really gives us time to ask questions. His answers are thorough and, more importantly, in laymen’s terms so it’s easy to process and make decisions. My father is extremely happy with Dr. Waheed and I would choose him as my cardiologist if ever there is a need. Dr. Waheed’s staff and RN, Michelle, also goes above and beyond when calling in with questions or concerns regarding appts, labs, or follow up questions.

I recently had a three-day stay at Mercy Hospital where I was cared for by Dr. Waheed. He is one of the kindest, most caring, knowledgeable physicians I have ever encountered. He checked on me multiple times daily to treat and resolve my health issue. He is a wonderful listener and very easy to talk with. I had a scheduled appointment with my own doctor that I was going to miss because of my hospitalization and inclement weather. Dr. Waheed rescheduled the appointment for me!
