Dr. Ahmad used to be my primary doctor but left CHCB. My whole family was seeing her and we really loved her. Recently my mother got sick and was admitted to ECMC hospital and we were so shocked and happy to see it was Dr. Ahmad who was caring for my mom. She was amazing and updated us on her condition every step of the way. She is truly a well rounded, compassionate and intelligent physician. She is very patient and never rushes the visit.. I wish she would come back to primary care. My family really misses her.

I really like her as a doctor but I haved tried to have her call me back for some inportant things and cannot get a return phone call. She is great in the office but I feel like I am being ignored. I have been off my medication because of it and not feeling great. My only issue with her is not retuning my calls. Other than that I would recommend her.

She is nice but only focused on one issue when I had multiple and didn't discuss any of the others. I feel she did a poor work up and missed key health issues I had questions about. I have called multiple times to get a medication she said she would fill and the receptionists are horrendous. Phone hangs up and I cannot get a medication I need. Very displeased.

Dr. Shahla Ahmad is an excellent doctor who is thorough with her examinations and takes time to listen to her patients. She is very knowledgeable, polite and expert at diagnostics. I am fortunate to have found her as my general physician.
