Just called to inquire about becoming a new patient and the woman at the front desk hung up on me after coldly telling me they aren’t accepting anyone until the beginning of next year. That’s fine, but maybe don’t be so rude about it.

The black lady at the front desk is rude . Her and the medical assistants sit there and talk about people business in the waiting room . I loved sisters obgyn but they definitely hitting rock bottom the whole office is understaffed and they all running around with they heads cut off You be in there for hours waiting too be seen .

The OBGYN staff were incredibly nice and patient with me, but front desk and the other check in lady were very rude. Their front lobby was so overwhelming, with dogs (service dog that said pet me??) barking and no arrows as to how to get where I needed to be in the hallways. I was in a very emotional state so I appreciate the OBGYNs, but their technology was very old as well. I really don’t want to go back for my fetal testing..Edit; will not be going back for fetal testing and I’m relieved. The other reason I gave sisters 2 stars is I delivered my daughter here and it was great. I was genuinely disappointed in this most recent appointment. Turns out children’s let’s you have TWO adults with you so I’m excited about that !

Obgyn staff is incredible. As first time parents my wife and I were extremely nervous and scared, but the fantastic nurses and doctors kept as reassured and provided us all the care, comfort and information we needed. Much appreciated thank you for your service!

The nurse practitioner, Helen, is very unprofessional and tried to give me a false diagnosis claiming I had an std without even running test. She tried giving me medicine for an std and I refused to take it before my test result, which everything came back NEGATIVE!!!! Very unprofessional and off subject.... gave me an eye examine and tried to diagnose me... would not recommend!!!!!

They are very unorganized. They're not friendly at all. And just all around don't like the way they treat me and basically felt like they were harassing me.

Front desk folks have always been friendly. Nurses are patient. Doctors are really good at explaining everything. they are busy sometimes you have to wait. Had to take a star off since my doctor left without letting her patients know.

Highly, HIGHLY recommend Sisters OBGYN. Every single member of the staff I’ve encountered is kind, non-judgemental, and flexible. They remember me from previous visits and always work around my tricky schedule. Dr. Barbara Spatafora walked me through each step of my first prenatal appointment and made me feel at ease when I was nervous. The nurses take their time making sure I get adequate information and answer all of my questions. They truly make you feel like a person and not just another body to get through. I am so pleased with their level of professionalism and the quality of care that I receive.
