The best experience we had here. Everyone dr nurses even the room service for food and cleaning are so nice so patient never got mad when I ask for stuff no attuned all positive energy. Thank you guys for making this easy on me and my baby especially with everything going on

First and most I recommend you all , don't leave your loved one alone in this hospital with nurses. Especially 4th floor there's a nurse (supposedly) whose name is Catherine , this person almost twice killed my mother with her neglect. They do not have mercy or feelings for patients.I'm soon take her to court and she will explain .

Extremely pleased by the care I've received so far in the ER. Dr Baggett was very thorough, and tho the ER was busy took time to listen, and answer questions. Rare for any Dr, much less an ER Dr. My nurses Leighann and Ally have been terrific as well. My entire experience from triage to registration to specialists has been superb.

So often when people do reviews they are negative, mine is not. Today nov. 23rd. 2021 my daughter came Into sister’s For a hysterectomy. Starting with the wonderful person that check her in, to everyone we encountered until she left the next day it was the best experience we have ever had in any hospital. Every employee we encountered were by far the nicest people Thank you all for making a otherwise worrisome experience one that was tolerable.

Ive been a nurse over 22 years… The doctors & nurses were so on point. They presented themselves with excellent empathetic care with such tact. Even through the busiest of times the staff went above & beyond. The entire staff worked short staffed & overcrowded with smiles on their faces and were so comforting. Ive Never witnessed such professionalism in a hospital. I cannot say enough about the amazing care I received…I’d give this hospital 10 stars …I highly recommend this hospital.

Catholic Health needs to train customer service at registration. It is absolutely unacceptable to tell a person when they ask where is appropriate to wait to “go wait in the car you came in”. As a professional I would never allow my staff to speak to anyone that way.

Shame on you Sisters of Charity for keeping a very sick newborn away from her mother! She has proven she is negative for covid and you are still keeping her from the baby at a crucial time for a pre-mature newborn to bond with the mother. Seems like there is room for a law suit in your future.Update: All the phone calls didn't work. The parents retained an attorney. Mom and dad can now be with baby and she is being transferred to another hospital.
