Nasty dirty resident duaghter comes in just to criticize staff and harassed them and staff let it happen so disappointed work with two on the floor with thirty patients when asked for help being pregnant they ask for me not to return absolutely disgusted

I was not impressed at all. This places was dirty. No activities that benefit patients with dementia. Patients left sitting for hours dirty and soiled. I left this place in tears. It was so depressing. Staff was not caring and ignored patients. Truly horrible and I pray that staff realize we all get old and karma is no joke. All those patients there are someones mom, dad, sister or brother. Please treat them well. Change your attitude and come up with better ideas.

I would like to give the facility five stars. My mother attended rehab at the facility after being in Sisters Hospital for almost one month. The team of professionals cared for my mother in a very caring and professional manner. The team of professionals addressed all of my mothers concerns as well as addressing her five daughters concerns.The food was accommodating for Moms Reno diet as well as for diabetes diet.When my mother's term was complete she was healthy and was prepared to return home.We as a family appreciated the care that was provided for our mother.

I worked here for close to 2 yrs, this SNF is pleasant and has the feeling of home. Staff is caring,knowledgable, and professional! I miss caring for the folks there!

The staff is lazy and always has an attitude my mother did better in the hospital as an inpatient then she did at there rehabilitation unit. She developed sores and after bringing it to there attention and supervisors they began to treat her roughly. I am very disappointed
