Just very organized and great employees

I have never been to a medical place that didn't care about there patients before like st. Joes imaging at camillus. They embarrassed me as well as made me cry for a hour after as well as i was there. I went in for a ct scan on a huge hematoma on my stomach i was in extreme pain and i had drank that white stuff already for the test. They inform me i had to pay 110 for a copay i explained im on disability and i get payed once a month and i had no money. This test was extremely important. The manager came over finally and i couldn't get anything out of my mouth and she said no copay no service. And she said it loud enough for other patients to hear it. Im now at community having the same test done they are being so nice and they are not requiring me to pay a copay right away and they said they cant refuse service without copay. I will never go to st joes anything ever again.

Our 2 year old went in for a sleep study at Medical Center West in the Sleep Center and we were blown away by the quality of service we received. The staff was kind and courteous, and Franklin who prepped my daughter was amazing. If you have a sleep study to do this is the place to go.

I've had two sleep studies done here. Both times I was treated/cared for with kindness. They are both professional, and down to earth. I had a the greatest experience someone with as many wires as I had on can have while sleeping.(and a machine attached to my face). However don't take Blu star taxi out... You'll be waiting hours.

I needed to find a new doctor quickly and was told they were accepting new patients. My medications had run out and could not be re-filled and I explained my urgency to them. I visited the office to schedule an appointment. I was given an application to fill out. I said I'm not applying for a job, I want to make an appointment. They said I needed to apply to become a new patient. I've never heard of anything like that nor has anyone else. I have excellent insurance and no serious medical issues. I completed their application and left. A few days later I received a call saying all of their doctors were NOT taking new patients. I told them I clearly stated my urgency when I stopped in and was told they were taking new patients. Now I find out that wasn't true and I wasted 4 days waiting. They CLEARLY don't care about people's well being. In visiting many other doctors in my area I found many are under the Family Care Medical Group. I visited 5 with similar bad results. I would not trust these insensitive, uncaring people with my healthcare.
