Dr Galgano is amazing. He talked to me like I was human & explained everything he was going to do, how it was going to be done & assured myself and my family that he'd be there to answer questions & take care of me after surgery as well. The rest of the Dr's I had seen in my hometown scared me to death & only followed their patients for 3-6 months after surgery. Dr Galgano has kept me in his care going on 3 yrs now, even through the COVID-19 pandemic. The photo is a before & after. I'm not sure I'd be walking right now if it wasn't for him.

Dr. Galgano was phenomenal!!! From the 1st time I stepped into the office it was run Amazingly Orderly and friendly throughout the time I come back for my follow up visit! I cannot say enough about him! Dr Galgano is very personable, laid back, and understands and explains everything, and cares for your feelings. I was never nervous about the surgery and delt so confident in him, and that is saying something for having back surgery!! I say in hospital wording, between 1 and 10 how would you rate and say 12!! Thank you Dr. Galgano!! P.S Also have to say upstate hospital was extremely, extremely professional and friendly every time I had to go in there for anything!!

Dr. Galgano was outstanding, caring for me. My situation was critical and I am still here walking and talking and functioning normally and at this point 90% back to myself. I will forever be grateful to him and his expertise.
