I had high expectations for this practice based on what I had both read and heard from other patients, but I was very disappointed by the interactions I had with Dr. Graff. In my opinion, she did not take into consideration my needs as a patient, and I felt discouraged from expressing my thoughts and concerns about my treatment plan.

Very friendly, professional atmosphere. Doctor listens to your words spoken and responds accordingly in a compassionate manner. I feel at ease in this office. I do not dread the visit.

She is rude to patients, does not listen or take in any information. Wouldn’t wish her being my worsts enemy’s doctor.

She is very unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. She does not look at who her patients are now, she looks at their pasts and rudely uses it against them. If you are seeking to be treated and cared for I would recommend not even considering her as a doctor. She does not listen to the patient or take in any information at all. She is short and does not supply comfort or treatments. She develops personal opinions and treats people unprofessionally based on if she “likes” them or not. Would not recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Graff is fabulous. She listens to what I say and gives me credit for having a brain and knowing my own body. She treats based on symptoms as well as lab results. Having suffered from symptoms of hyperthyroidism, this is especially important to me since my lab results hadn't quite reached the "abnormal" range. After being treated I feel great. I highly recommend her.
