If I could give him a zero I would. My pain management doctor had to leave his practice unexpectedly due to medical issues. Dr Kring as my primary care doctor is suppose to write my scripts till I can get into a new pain doctor. I called the office the morning (11/1/21) I found out and they assured me Dr Kring would write the scripts till I can get into a doctor. Well I have been 7 days without 2 of my medications and the other two run out today. I receive a phone call this morning (12/8/21) now they want me to have a drug screen before I get my medication. He then orders a test that has to be sent out which takes 5-7 days instead of doing the quicker one. He only has to do it for two months too. Being a doctor you would think he would understand that a person is not suppose to just stop taking their medication cold turkey. If he had concerns about the medication and dose I was on maybe he should of called my doctor to discuss his concerns. Your primary care doctor is suppose to be there for their patients and this office showed their true colors, they don’t care about their patients!! My pain management doctor, who was a very caring doctor who listened and cared about his patients, had to leave his practice unexpectedly due to medical and I get this treatment from my doctor. If you are looking for a doctor who cares and listens to you this is not the office for you!!! Update: 12/21/21 I still have not received my medication. After being on these medications for years he makes me go cold turkey off my meds. He needs a course on medication because clearly he has no clue. This is so WRONG!!
