List of Mohammad Akhtaruzzaman's Reviews
Dr. Akhtaruzzaman and the nurses have no bed side manners and explains little to nothing to reasons of why he/they are doing tests or treatments. I usually feel mentally drained and disappointed when leaving this office and hate going back. On top of it all, they charge $$$ for tests and it seems they don't verify what works best for one patience pocket to the next regards to insurance coverages and deductibles, but "he knows how much he's getting paid for it all". However, there are no other options in this general regional area to go to so I must return.
I took my son in for allergy testing, and he talked to us for about 5 minutes before ordering blood work as he walked out the door. I only learned afterwards that there was no reason we should have had blood drawn -- the reason for him is clear, though, because it costs about $75 per allergen for the blood work, and takes them a few minutes. The bill before insurance was well over $1000, and because I haven't met my deductible, I paid over $400. I'm not even sure the 10 or so things that he tested make sense. I suspect not.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
