My teen said it was amazing as always, that the 2 ladies that took care of her were SO nice! She is so glad her insurance issue prompted our change to Brite Orthodontics' Putnam office, as her experience there has been so much more of a pleasant experience. She likens it to the TV show "Cheers" because of the way everyone in the office there welcomes her personally, and although her gums are inflamed, no one scolds her as they know she does her due-diligence brushing. She really appreciates the way she's treated there, not like she's just a number in a mill. She even likes the orthodontists' way of treating her tooth, he prepares her for it and helps her by explaining each stage of the treatment, so she can be prepared. She especially likes that!

Just had my last pos-braces checkup yesterday and I just wanna thank the staff and everyone there for making me feel so comfortable and heard. I felt my braces journey to be very smooth and I 100% recommend starting your braces treatment here. If I had to do it all over again. I would! They were great!

The retainer after debonding did not fit and now he has to wait 2 weeks!! Seems outrageous

I wish I knew the girls name that took care of my daughter this time. It’s the first time in years one of ny kids didn’t have to go back to have the wire fixed because of the installation. They are all always super friendly and kind love this place

Putnam Orthodontics stands out from the rest. I love how the staff explain everything and recommend treatments. All the staff are very compassionate and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Both of my daughters love the places atmosphere and staff. My daughter Angelina was very happy with her teeth after treatment and never thought she would love her smile again. Thanks to everybody at Brite orthodontics for making it possible. My second daughter loves the place and feels very comfortable with the atmosphere and is very comfortable with the staff.Thank you for everything you guys do everyday one smile at a time.
