List of Scott Levin's Reviews
He took the time to explain my injury and the way we were going to go about treating it. I felt relieved and confident in his explanations knowing everything was going to heal.
My visits were beneficial and productive . Good information and attention from Dr. Levin and staff. Excellent! The initial office contact was poor as we seniors STOOD in line for a long time until the secretary was able to take our registration at the front desk. Maybe a number system could be helpful so we can at least sit until we are called.
Dr. Levin is a caring, compassionate, and most knowledgeable surgeon. He is easy to talk to and listens well. Had rotator cuff surgery a few months ago, and would highly recommend him.
Caring, thorough, deeply involved from diagnostic sessions to pre-surgery to post surgery. Dr. Levin listen and explains wonderfully well. My rotator cuff surgery and recovery was the opposite of the painful slog so many people seem to experience. I had a big tear, so it's not like I was an easy case. Also, the Danbury same day surgical facility was top notch (there are two such places in Danbury so don't get this one -- associated with Somers Orthopedics -- confused with the other one).
Quick diagnosis and then Cortisone shot plus PT. Feeling great
Dr Levin is always very professional and caring. Have had 2 surgeries with him and would go to him again.
After dealing with an recurring knee injury for five years, I finally found a caring orthopedic surgeon in Dr. Scott Levin -- who finally gave an accurate diagnosis. Instead of agreeing to IT Band, bone spurs, bone fragments etc., from other physicians via an MRI, Dr. Levin spent over 1.5 hours, ordered an additional X-Ray and pointed out an injury to a long tendon injured on the side of the knee --connecting to the hip. He prescribed 8 weeks of twice-a-week physical therapy visits with heat and exercises directly targeting the injury. The therapists and aides at the Center For Physical Therapy in Wappingers Falls, NY were extremely helpful. After 8 weeks, they declared me a "success story." I thanked Dr. Levin for "giving me my life back." I am a former jogger/runner/bicyclist who could not even walk down the block with my wife at the height of the injury. Thank you, Dr. Levin. It's all about caring!
Dr. Levin is a gem! I never feel that he is rushing me through to get to the next person.
Dr. Levin is great! He is very understanding…It was too early to address my need for gel shots but instead he carefully addressed my shoulder! He has a wonderful manner also…
Dr. Levin has a wonderful bedside manner. He is always willing to take the time to listen to my concerns. He explains treatment plans very clearly. I highly recommend him as a doctor. His staff (nurses, physician's assistant, and secretary) are also very friendly and helpful.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
