DO NOT GO TO THIS ENT! It was my first time going to this doctor/group. If I could give a zero I would. 1- I waited an hour to be seen. I had to take time off from work and no one had the courtesy to call me and let me know they were that far behind. Everything was a waiting game. All in all I was there for 2 hours for a 10 minute visit. But thats not the worst of it. 2- Michael Gordon was the rudest doctor I have ever encountered. He walked into the room and just sat down and started asking questions. I had no idea who he was. No greeting, no introduction. He repeatedly interupted me, would ask me a question and not let me finish a sentence. He talked down to me, was rediculing. Made judgements on my previous disgnosis without letting me finish. This was bad. HORRIFIC BEDSIDE MANNERS. This doctor forgot that he deals with people with feelings. He doesnt care, he just wants your money. Arrogant, cocky, condesending, basically full of himself who looks down on you. I left there feeling humiliated and gained nothing from the visit but upset. Other reviews say the same thing. Im so sorry I went to see him! NEVER EVER AGAIN!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
