We love Dr Parnes. He has done many shoulder and carpel tunnel surgeries for our family. We highly recommend him . The staff at the Carthage Hospital has been wonderful, too.

Dr. Parnes proved to be the extraordinary Doctor, and more importantly, person, that I was told he was by so many of his patients. I typically go to Syracuse for any surgeries and was reluctant to have rotator cuff repair in little Cathage Area Hospital. But after meeting and talking with Dr. Parnes the first time, I was comfortable and confident that I was going to be in good hands. He’s a gifted surgeon and also one with a beautiful bedside manner... very friendly, kind and down to earth. It’s very obvious that his patients are of utmost importance to him and that’s a great feeling. We are so very blessed to have him in our community. I might add that all staff who cared for me at Carthage Area Hospital were amazing!

He was a very helpful doctor. I wasn't like some doctors who really care less about what happens to you. I actually cared. He wanted to see you be the best in your sport and make it to a higher level in sports. He didn't want you to injury yourself and not make it to what you could have been. He was an amazing doctor.
