He is an exceptional dr. He is very pleasant and unjudgemental. It may seem, sometimes, that in the busy hectful days at the office, he isnt listening, He is. He doesnt leave any loose ends . He has no hesitation in ordering additional tests or recomending a specialist. His Nurse is great. Any time that I have called the office with concerns, the Nurse has returned my call within 2 hours. Ive been seeing Dr. Merkhan for almost 25 years. And I feel lucky. At one time I was going through some issues, he called me at home over the weekend, to see how I was doing. That is true.

Everything went well. No waiting to go in. No waiting for Dr Merkhan in the exam room. Very thorough. Talked about my condition. I asked questions. He listened and answered them.

Dr. Merkhan has a stand-offish attitude. He does not take the time to listen and has terrible inter-professional collaboration skills. He orders unnecessary diagnostic tests just to get his patients to pay for an appointment. He puts other medical professions down when speaking to his patients. He is closed minded and narcissistic.
