No customer service. No one picks up their calls. I've called 10 times at 9:30am and no one picking up on any extensions. Goes to voicemail. What kind of office are they running??

Nobody picks up the phone there you're on hold forever and then when it connects it also nobody picks up the phone.

i went to see dr kubiak fie weeeks ago needingbrace for knee instead of sending toins he had me bring to sky mdical then waiting two weeks for you to send clincial report then i have to wait for approval from insurtance will take other weven days and i am no going back for recehck i am not pleased and want me to ggo phsical therapy the brace is import i am in pain thenks

The office staff is really nice, never had a bad experience. Dr.s have all be caring and correct in diagnosis. One star off because they routinely run 45 minutes to an hour late either in the waiting room or before you see the Dr. could be over an hour. Even with a 9am appointment.

South Island orthopedics is the best location for any and all injuries. Dr. Freeman along with with the entire staff of South Island orthopedics are by far the most phenomenal, professional and caring staff I have ever encountered. As a professional athlete, I have been to doctors around the world and no one compares to the quality of care. Dr. Freeman has operated on both of my knees and I have returned to full competition with no limitations on my body. Their office is clean, they are very efficient when you are in for a visit and they truly show you that they care about your success. This is the only doctor and location I recommend to the athletes I work with and train because I trust them, their work ethic & their decision making.

The doctor didn’t even look at me or give a thorough examination of my knee injury. He claimed it was just bruising and didn’t require any additional testing, against what the urgent care advised. He told me to come back in a week…. For what, if it’s just bruising. I went to another orthopedist the same day and they gave a thorough examination, rewrapped my leg and advised me to get an mri because they think it’s a torn acl. Maybe he had an off day coming back from a holiday weekend…. Regardless I won’t be returning.

The office staff was amazing. I called and immediately the receptionist was able to assist me. Very kind & compassionate and had us come the same day. The doctor was so kind, knowledgeable and attentive. We had a great experience. The office was clean, rooms were thoroughly cleaned after each patient and was very happy with our experience. Thank you!

Dr. Godfried is an exceptional Doctor. My daughter who is now 7 had been toe walking since she was 2. She had been seeing a different doctor for 5 years who had recommended she needed surgery. Her father was not so sure about the surgery and wanted a second opinion. We found Dr. Godfried through her pediatrician and from the first day I met him the experience was amazing. Not only was he very detailed about my daughters condition, but he was very thorough on his explanation of the surgery. We decided to have the surgery done by him and we are so glad we did. The whole experience was amazing. He was with us every step of the way. He even called me and asked me if I had any questions before the surgery and gave me his cell number. The whole experience was incredible and my daughter is doing amazing. Her surgery was performed in late August 2021. If your child needs surgery, Dr. Godfried is the one you need.

The staff was wonderful, caring and thorough. Clean environment. Dr Rozman was sweet, very very caring. She listened and took control of my issues. Very happy with this group..

Thank you Lord, for Dr. Freeman. He used his Gift to take me out of excruciating knee pain, I never thought I'd recover from. His staff are wonderfully kind and courteous as well. He's a healer. Thank you.
