I've been going to dr Amad for over 3 years now, he's a good Dr, just lacking some bed side manners, it's a little hard to understand him because of his accent, but he dies the job, I've NEVER WAITED more the 10 min, or I would never go back, my mother's Dr on the other hand is no worst, my self and my niece have both waited more the a hour, I'm switching he to Dr Amad

He has an attitude. He won’t listen to you or if you say something he will interrupt and shut you up. He’s lacking some manners such as smiling, talking and communicating. I went there 3 times, each time I tried to explain myself but he wouldn’t let me do that. He literally got mad at me because I wanted him to send my prescription to a different pharmacy. I couldn’t believe it.

Very rude, I'm epileptic & need forms filled out form job & Scat Bus card was about to expire. I've made appointments to neurologist to get them to fill out the forms & they cancelled me because the TV set has to turned off, they cause me seizures. All other neurologists were booked until march I require these forms filled out before Feb 2022 I had all medical records about my conditions he was rude & wouldn't let explain about my conditions, I show the paper explaining I had left portion of the brain removed to stop the seizures, but didn't work I had previous SCAT bus application, my previous doctor did for me & ask him to fill out a new application for me, he was rude, but he did it I wanted him to put I'm sensitive to lights & sound on form & yelled I don't copy doctors forms I got my forms filled out but with bad attitude with it. If you need a doctor goto somone else, this doctor doesn't to covor 19 test also the only thing good were the assistants

Good customer service but the wait is long (1-3)hours. it seems they want to take test and every possible test on patients even if they are not needed.

Didn't do tests I asked for, lied about it on my paperwork I needed to submit to my school and the lied further when I called him and asked about it. Don't go here very unorganized and unprofessional.

Make sure when you get a physical that you are aware there will be a copay for each: the doctor visit, lab work, eye exam, heart sonogram if needed, anything that needs to be sent out. In addition when you return to the dr to read the results another copay. Bring cash because they charge more for cards

Girls at desk are very rude

I went to the doctor to get my PPD read and then the doctor said that he would not read it because it looks like the date was altered. Who has time to falsify PPD results? I'm switching to a new primary care physician.

My mother and I have been a patient with Dr. Ahmed for 10+ years. The office has always been helpful and have gone out of their way to help us when needed. I moved upstate and still travel down monthly to see him because I've known him for so long and probably will stay that way 👍🏻👍🏻

My insurance wouldn't take my old doctor so I wanted to try a new doctor in my area. He said he could not refill the meds I'm on or do anything for me. These meds are very needed he didn't even find me somewhere else to go
