Dr. Basile reminds me of the kind of doctors that used to exist. No unnecessary tests, he cares about me the way everyone wants their PCP to care. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was so unbelievably stressed out about having to go to a doctor. I’m not one bit afraid anymore. Thank you Dr Basile, thank you!

I've been going to Dr. Basile for about 15 years. He's attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He doesn't have unnecessary tests done just to line his pockets. I would definitely recommend him.

We will be changing Primary Doctors after today's situation. My husband called to get an emergency appointment for an allergic reaction and they told him they were unable to get him in, stating they don't do emergency appointments and that he should go to a Walk In. First, we have insurance and they are our PCP - why would we go to a Walk In on a Friday morning?? After I called to complain of their lack of care, I was told they can see him Saturday and I advised them he's not able to do due to his work schedule. And in return, I was told I was not being accommodating - UNREAL. They work well with elder patients (my parents have been patients for years and have always received great care). But when it comes to patients my age, it doesn't work. And the times are out of control, 60+ minutes guaranteed every time.

The girl, Laura , who answered the phone EXTREMELY rude and nasty! Decided not to make the appointment to have them as my general practitioner. The girl should keep in mind that she never knows who that is on the other end of the phone.

I’ve been going to Dr. Basile for over 20 years. He is a good doctor who doesn’t rush you through you scheduled appointment. He diagnosed me with a heart issue when I was in my late twenties. I wound up needing surgery. He saved my life. What more can I say? He is a busy doctor for a reason. Sometimes you may wait a long time to see him, but that is because he doesn’t push you out with meds.

Been there three times now. All three times have been great. The staff is very friendly in person and on the phone. I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. I'm not discounting the two complaints. I just think that, if they are true, then those were rare cases. If there are so many people at this office that it incurs long delays, I would suspect there would be more complaints but there aren't. Honestly, give them a shot and form your own opinion. I am personally glad I found him through a recommendation.
