List of Lydia Evans's Reviews
Personable and professional, thorough skin check and treated my daughter’s acne successfully.
One star rating has no reflection on Dr. Toback. He was thorough and had a nice bedside manner. The reason for the one star is due to my experience with the office staff. Needed assistance resolving a billing issue and the woman who I spoke to was rude, abrupt and told me to figure it out myself. Due to this person’s rude manner, I unfortunately will not be going back to this Dr. This person can’t be good for business. One star rating has no reflection on Dr. Toback. Can be difficult to get an appointment but Dr. Evans is well worth it. She has seen me and every one of my four kids and she's been wonderful with each of them and me.
Dr. Evans is very efficient, skilled and personable. She and her staff are polite and friendly. My son and I have been going to her for over 10 years.
I have been going to Dr. Evans since I was a little kid (almost 2 decades). My entire family goes to her. She has an excellent bedside manner and treats you like a human, not just a patient through insurance. Her demeanor is kind, gentle and she also always has the best shoes. Highly recommend Dr. Evans to anyone needing a dermatologist. She's simply the best!!!
Dr Evans came highly recommended and I second that! After going to many Dermatoligist's that don't even want to touch you-she was completely thorough and had incredible bedside manner. She was very patient and made me feel comfortable and confident in her so capabilities during exam and procedure.
Lydia was really nice, gentle and professional. I have been going to her for years and even though I do not live in the area anymore, I still travel to see her.
Dr. Evans spent only 5 minutes with me during my annual skin check. During this short amount of time she gouged my face with 2 biopsies that were completely unnecessary and permanently scarred my face.
I started going to this office about 12 years. Dr. Evans is one of the nicest, knowledgeable, and patient specialists I've ever encountered. She has taken the time to answer all of my questions despite how busy she may be. I've also found the receptionists there to be polite each time I've spoken to them. Dr. Evans' website is also easy to navigate. Overall I believe dermatology offices can become quite busy since they not only conduct assessments but have to perform lengthy procedures depending on their patients' needs.I just came back from a facial with Carmen, who works with Dr. Evans. Her technique and room is kept neat and clean. I felt nurtured and relaxed from my treatment. I believe she has been in this line of work for 35 years. It was nice that throughout the facial she asked if I was comfortable. Also, I was pleasantly surprised that while I was waiting for my face mask to dry, I also received a lovely foot treatment as well. I highly recommend Carmen.
Dr. Evans rushed me during my annual skin exam. She took 2 biopsies on my face without ever explaining why or offer me the option for an alternative treatment. She told me everything will heal in 2 weeks. It is now 4 months and I have 2 permanent scars on my face that were unnecessary.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
