Initially was nervous about getting the LASIK’s procedure done, but am so glad I went Atwal Eye Care. The team is very friendly, informative and professional. This has been a great experience!

Everyone was very friendly but needed to wait about 30 minutes to begin the appointment. I was told I needed this appointment to schedule for a late September cataract surgery. However at this appointment I was told that I needed another appointment in August because my eye is not yet ready for a surgery. I was told I needed a prescription 3 days ago that's not yet been phoned into the pharmacy. Previously I've been very satisfied but am disappointed with my recent visit.

Dr Atwal is confident in his work. I am a different patient I have anxiety and panic attacks, and he treats me with respect. And takes his time to explain what I need and what I have to do. He looks at my eyes and tells me what I have to do multiple times so I hear him. AMAZING DOCTOR

The staff is great. The doctor is awful. During the operation, after putting eye drops in my eyes that blurred my vision, I was advised to tilt my head back and lift my chin higher. Because I couldn’t physically lift my chin any higher, he suggested I move my hair. When I reached up to move my hair, he began yelling at me “what are your doing don’t touch anything! You need to move your chin higher!” I told him he needs to calm down. This is already a stressful situation (eye drops affecting my already poor vision, preparing to get your eyes cut with a laser) and the doctor is yelling. He told me “nobody tells me what to do. This is my world!” I told him “I don’t like how you’re speaking to me. This isn’t a good environment for a surgery”. He proceeded to say “well maybe we need to cancel the surgery”. I agreed. Steer clear. He has a huge ego and no bedside manners. Yikes.
