Dr Hong is a 5 star doctor full of energy and very committed to his patients health. Unfortunately his staff rates very low. A simple phone call for test results of my heart, very important to most of us, was met with snide comments and a patronizing attitude telling me I’m supposed to wait 8 weeks for results of my test. I sincerely hope she was just having a bad day and does not treat all patients in this manner

He is really concerned about his patients! He does not waste time. He gets to the bottom of things. He is very thorough. He has a good bed side manner. I just love him! He’s the best!

I took my daughter here today, I was VERY IMPRESSED. Dr. Hong's knowledge ( he explained in lay terms so it was understandable), his personality ( he was very upbeat & friendly), his bedside manor ( he was caring, offered information), wrote EVERYTHING down, so it can be referred to later. I hope I never NEED a cardiologist, but if I ever do, HE'S THE ONE. 10 🌟.

He is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is very thorough, very exact, and gives his patients medical care specific to them. He puts in long hours to give each of his patients the very best of care. I am very glad to have found him to be my boyfriend's cardiologist.

I was admitted to Mercy Hospital for SVT. I told him I like wine. He accused me of being an alcoholic and then told me it was ok to get wasted every once in a while. I believe he was performing for the nurses who were present. Jerk ego maniac. He did put in my report-possible alcoholism. Really offensive and not true.

My husband has been a patient of Doctor Hong for 8 years. We've never felt such trust and confidence in a specialist as we do with him. His straightforward explanations of my husband's issues help us navigate through stressful times, and knowledge is empowerment. We always feel reassured after a check up with Dr. Hong, and know we are in good hands. We truly believe he cares, and he has referred us to a pulmonologist when my husband required it. We trust him implicitly.

He is supposed to be my Doctor but I never see him. Hard to rate him as he always puts me off to his staff. Very poor people skills. Have little or no faith in him!
