St. Joseph Campus's Online Review Report Card

I told the doctors i have strep and he didnt do anything to help. I came in with a pain of 2 on a 1-10 scale. I left feeling like a 10. My throat problem has worsened. Its like you can only get adequate care if you have covid or if you are not a person of color.

Four days ago I had a total hip replacement at Saint Joseph’s campus on Harlem Road in Cheektowaga, New York. From the moment I entered the hospital, where the priest and the receptionist were waiting for me at 5:30 AM, the priest asked if I wanted him to say a prayer over me. I was certainly impressed and told him of course! While I was being prepped for surgery the staff was incredible. All my concerns were addressed and everything was explained to me every step of the way. After surgery while in recovery and upon exiting the hospital, everything they did was to make my trip home successful and comfortable. I was quite surprised when the nurse from the recovery room personally called me the next day and chatted with me regarding how I was doing and if I had any questions. I was extremely comfortable and felt confident in the staff at Saint Joe’s.

Be careful!!! Staff (nurses and doctors) may advise you not to rinse your eyes with water if they contain chemicals! I just had such an experience (

I went to ER last night I have been waiting for 3 hrs …. They get me inside still I have to wait for 40 min to see the doctor when the doctor left I have to wait 20 min for someone to come …..After that they want to do blood test I ask them how long is gonna take …. No answer…. I realize that I’m gonna stay there all night I told the nurse pls don’t touch me i want to go home … I went home with my pain…,.All these for I’m feeling a pain in my left foot….Don’t even waist your time to go there….

very very long waiting area, what else is new, i think they should give us those seating restaurants they give out like this we can wait somewhere more comfortable like in the car or in the house, and when were next take care the next patient and then when we arrive just take us in

Wonderful, caring professionals from the time I arrived until I left. I had knee surgery and all staff were more than accommodating. I have never felt so respected as a patient. Thank you to my pre-op aide Breanna (sorry if I have the name/spelling wrong)- you were so helpful, friendly and patient with me! A huge thank you to Aimee for helping me survive the epidural placement in the OR! My anesthesiologist for being able to negotiate my "curvy" spine. Nurse Thomas (RN) for your kindness, the list goes on and on. You all are rock stars. My recovery nurses and PT were amazing as well-thank you so much! If I need another surgery I will most definitely be going here. 5 stars!

Took a friend there today and the doctor and nurses went out of their way to help her make follow up appointments.

I never had any bad experience with any hospital like this hospital I had my in-law was taking to this hospital they never told us whats wrong with him and after 20 days we take him home he was in bed condition and neglect of care. Even they not cover his hand in right way to stop him from bleeding.I have more photos but it's not a good time to post them.

My uncle was admitted to this hospital recently because of some issues with his lungs, they decided to keep him in for few days, all of the sudden he was there for 20 straight days, when his son tried to question the issues with his dad they wouldn't give him any answers and he was threatened by the cops to escort him out of the hospital. My uncle was mistreated, misdiagnosed, neglected, and bruised badly all around his body. He was discharged after we made so much noise about his condition. When my cousin made a bad review here on Google they responded right away and they were apologetic and offered him a number to call and discuss the issue, but when we were at the hospital they wouldn't want to look at us. There is definitely something went wrong while my uncle was staying in the hospital, therefore we weren't allowed to see him. if I could give 1/2 a star I would've or no star at all, by far this is the worst hospital I've ever been in.
