Decided to switch to this practice as it was closest to my new house. My family and I have been patients with the Family Medical Group for well over 25 years. Never have I had a many issues with an office, as I have with this one. The nurses and office manager are extremely rude to the patients. My son was recommended to have a 6 week follow up ultrasound after a CT scan that he had. Called the office to get the ultrasound scheduled seeing how the 6 weeks were near. They told me that they were not going to give me a script for the ultrasound, until he was seen again. They are out for your money. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! THIS IS THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE IN CNY. BEWARE OF BECOMING A NEW PATIENT HERE! THIS OFFICE HAS A REVOLVING DOOR OF NEW STAFF AND EACH ONE OF THEM HAS ATTITUDE JUST LIKE THE NEXT. THERE IS NO COMPASSION FROM OFFICE STAFF AND THEY DROP YOU WITHOUT PROPER NOTIFICATION. SUSAN THE OFFICE MANAGER IS RUDE AND TREATS YOU LIKE YOU ARE DIRT BENEATH HER FEET AND LIES WHEN CONFRONTED WITH FACTS. SUSAN IS A POOR OFFICE MANAGER AND THE DRS HERE SHOULD REALLY BE ASHAMED LETTING SOMEONE LIKE THIS HANDLE THEIR BUSINESS. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED AS POORLY AS I HAVE BEEN HERE. IF YOU WANT TO BE MISTREATED AND BULLIED WITH YOUR HEALTHCARE NEEDS THEN THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU! I REGRET EVER GOING TO THIS PRACTICE! STEER CLEAR!

I have only been going here for a short period of time,but Everybody at the practice is very nice that i have spoken to.I absolutely love the doctor that I have. Jennifer Ambrose is so nice. It's hard to find a doctor that actually cares enough about their patients.It's nice to finally have somebody who cares enough to get the answers needed. So far I love it there 5⭐️

I joined this practice 11 years ago when I moved to the area. They advised well based on my health history and have been very polite to me every time I've been there or called for anything. My first NP left the practice a few years ago, and her replacement has been just as good as the first one.

Terrible customer service! Nikki is the worst, if you call and get her she acts like you’re bothering her. It’s not easy to have a cordial relationship with the staff at family care Dr Pastore is a good dr. His staff not so much

I established with this practice after relocating to the area one year ago. I receive excellent care, staff is kind and professional. Referrals to specialists have been handled promptly. I was able to schedule a same day appointment for an issue with my back. Appointments are scheduled at my convenience. Staff follow-up calls always friendly.

I can only describe this group as scammers. I went for a physical and the doctor asked if there was anything bothering me, which I answered. After a few weeks I got my bill back and found out that for answering that question I was charged a full medical visit + my physical. I proceeded to call the office and the assistant told me that when ask that question I should say no, if I don’t want to be charged as an extra visit. This clearly shows me that this people do not care about your health and only care about money. I am definitely changing primary doctor.

When it comes to my doctor she is very caring, nice and I support her all the way. Shes honestlt amazing. When it comes to some of the nurses. They don't even get a 1 star from me but I have to do it to even leave a review. The nurses are down right rude, they do not know how to talk to people without disrespect. I will be looking for another doctors office because I can't stand how they treat people.

Amazing environment, caring and knowledgable staff! My entire family goes here and we couldn’t be happier with the friendly and professional staff.
