List of MIchael Bloom's Reviews
My experience was poor. Dr. Bloom does not reveal everything that is going on with a patient medically. He seems to be largely concerned with money and not so much with his patients. He is arrogant, egotistical and disrespectful to his patients. I would advise that people avoid him if at all possible.
35 years with Dr. Bloom. He recently joined MDVIP and reduced his practice. Concierge MD now. Appointments readily made and kept. Always listens and involves patient in care decisions. I do not care for MDVIP and their $1500.00 access fee. Probably change MD's. eventually, but hate to leave. MDVIP, nothing to recommend about them.
This doctor does NOT care about his patients! He is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY! My mother was a patient of Dr. Bloom for over 10 years while she lived in Buffalo. He convinced her to pay him an extra $1500 a year “for extra good care” I would think you should just do this being her doctor, no? Rather than going into a long drawn out story I will just tell you he did not address the problems she was having and because he didn’t, she is now having major health problems and needs surgery and may not make it. She has to wait to be seen cause she just moved to Florida last month so she called Dr. Bloom in the meantime to help fill a prescription for her UTI and he would not help her and when I called the office last week to tell them she was in the hospital, they were so uncaring and rude! After a TEN YEAR PATIENT RELATIONSHIP? ONE OF THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICES EVER! BEWARE!!!
1. Expect to wait 3 hours for routine appointment 2. Called to get my Immunization Records, they were “lost in a flood
Arrogant, not very bright, not very caring, unresponsive to requests for assistance, money driven, does not provide all information. Seek another doctor, he’s really not your best choice.
I along with my family have been with Dr. Bloom for many years and am so blessed and thankful for how he has medically treated all of us. Dr. Bloom is a physician that not only has amazing medical knowledge, but has immense compassion for taking a TRUE interest in the wellbeing of his patients.
Was a patient of Dr Bloom for 3 years until called in to office after an appointment , to meet with Jack Frost the fast talker trying to get $ 1600 out of me so i can have the best medical treatment well what the heck was I getting before looks like Bloom just wanted to fatten his pockets before he retired if all his patients paid that fee for even one year just imagine what he made shame on you your a low life You should loose your license
Arrogant, Egotistical, Not Very Forthcoming with Information. Dr. Bloom thinks he is sharper than he really is. Unresponsive to after hours calls. I would not recommend Dr. Bloom as a primary care physician.
Glad I left Bloom when he started his price gouging. Found a new doctor, faster wait times and no longer need to take a day off of work to see the doctor. His joining mvp was a blessing in disguise, and my chance to start with a new doctor. What he did was very unethical.
Not a great doctor. Unresponsive and Arrogant. He suffers from the complex where he thinks he's great.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
