Dr. Perkins is wonderful. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The office and staff are great and I've always been seen within minutes of my appointment and I've never felt rushed. I highly recommend Albany ENT!!!

They expect us to be 15 minutes early for our appointments but they can be late???Absolutely not!!!!!! I needed a last minute appointment and the only appointment available was in Clifton Park. They were so rude, so snotty. I was the ONLY one in the waiting room. Was brought back to a room at the time my appointment was scheduled for and waited over a half hour to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was so short, wouldn’t let me speak, always cut me off. I enjoy the Albany location but my experience at Clifton Park was a complete 180

Unlike the Everett Rd Center in Albany, I was just amazed at how poorly I was treated. For years, I had been seen in the Albany Center, but due to a job and work hours had to change my location to Clifton Park. First, I was the only patient. It took over 15 minutes for my vials to be found. This would never happen in the Albany office. They see so many patients and in seconds find our vials. The only reason I did not give this a one star was because the woman, I saw was so kind, apologized and took the time to find the least painful spot on me. She also wore a mask that is in my notes. I felt very safe. My second and thankfully last visit was horrible. I again was the only patient and again had to wait over 15 minutes. The woman was unmasked, despite the sign at the entrance saying it was mandatory in the building to wear a mask and my notes in my chart. I had to remind her which shots go into which arm, which is in my notes. This is not my job, but her's!! For not being busy, she clearly either doesn't take her job seriously or doesn't care about protocol. She quickly injected me in areas of my arm that the Everett Rd Office said we're no, no's, when I first got my shots. I was going during my lunch break and needed my normal quick and pleasant experience. As a result of their lack of caring about my time, I had to inhale my lunch driving back to work, just barely making it in time after an hour lunch break. I immediately changed my center and am making the Albany Center work. I would not recommend this site.
