If I could give 10 stars, I would have. My mum had her radiation therapy there. Dr. Juliana, Ellen, Elaine & the whole team were beyond gracious, knowledgable and compassionate. A special thank you to Dr. Juliano for his care & support. They made a very stressful experience much easier to handle

I travel a distance to get here. I have been coming for many, many years due to a condition I was born with. The lady's in the chemo center are Amazing, true professionals as well as every nurse who works there. Dr.Silvers was my Doc many years, now I have Dr. Tye...He is wonderful and very positive. I will never go anywhere else. ❤

I have been trying to get an appointment for months, without fail, no one answers the phone or contacts me via the website (from requesting an application) I gave up

This is a Cancer Center, people are coming here for treatment - I understand being busy. However it is a whole another set of pure LAZINESS when you are unable to set up an appt &/or speak to someone regarding anything. And the reasons you are unable to speak to anyone is that the organizations voicemail is 1) Always full 2) Not set up 3) Rings FOREVER 4) Just hangs up randomly. Why act like you care - when it's pretty evident in your office/staff policies that you don't. Cancer patients / caregiver go to another NYOH center- they're better. These things are set up AND they will touch base with you.

I wanted my treatment at a center that is devoted entirely to cancer and related blood disorders. There isn't one person at the center that doesn't bring a sense of calm to me during my treatments. The physicians, PAs, nurses - all the medical staff are top caliber. Look forward to coming out healthy soon.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was nervous to go here at first, but staff have made it easy to be comfortable. The wait times are short, which is a huge thing for me, as I hate having to sit in a room and wait forever. Prompt and efficient staff and service.

Would give zero stars if possible. NYOH was supposed to call me on June 6th as a follow up to a hospital stay. I found this out on June 18th and as I had heard nothing from this office I called them on June 18th to schedule. Here we are June 25th and I have never heard from NYOH. Definitely will not recommend going forward. Thankfully, I was able to get into another practice with a wonderful doctor.

Review Update:A month ago, 11/27/19, I completed my radiation therapy treatments under Dr. Justin Juliano and his wonderful team at NYOH. I still give NYOH 5+ 🌟. After I received my diagnosis and after a plethora of tests/consultations, I chose NYOH as the place to receive my radiation therapy treatments. I first met with the admitting nurse (Marsha), a very nice person who provided me with pertinent information regarding radiation therapy. Then I met Dr. Juliano. He was so kind and patient with me. He took his time to answer all of my questions. His professional manner and sense of humor caused me to relax and feel very comfortable with him.To Dr. Juliano and his wonderful team, I would like to say, THANK YOU!! You gave me an otherwise anxious experience, a very calm and positive experience.P.S. special thanks to Bobby!My experience at NYOH was wonderful. An appointment was requested on Oct. 7th and they scheduled me for Oct. 9th (I appreciated how quickly they scheduled me). The staff was friendly and the technicians, Ashley and Pattie, were especially kind and caring to me. It was a very comforting experience. Thank you NYOH!
