I did not have a good experience here and would not recommend using them as your physical therapist. I had a total knee replacement, went two days a week to PT, followed all of the exercises I was told to do but after 6 weeks, the improvement was minimal. The girl that I had usually had about 3 patients at a time. She was very unprofessional and not helpful if I asked questions. She kept threatening me with having to have manipulation under anesthesia. I underwent that procedure and found another physical therapist that does one on one. Cares about my recovery and in three days I have come so much further then the six weeks I wasted my time there. Find someone who cares…they are out there!
I was referred to Ortho NY Physical Therapy after being diagnosed with "frozen shoulder." The PT who I made my appointments with, Sarah, was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. She provided me with home exercises and recommendations which were right on target with what I needed. There were usually two other PTs working with other patients at the same time, who also seemed very professional, respectful, and engaged with their patients. Everyone I encountered throughout my sessions was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and I could always get an appointment. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend.
What a bunch of idiots. Find another location if you have the option.
Went there for therapy after shoulder replacement surgery; and again for back pain. My PT was great (2 different PTs), the receptionist was great.....would recommend them anytime!!
I've had four sessions here. I loved it. The two PTs are super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've gone to PT before that felt like I had no privacy. This place was not like that. They have separate curtained off rooms with a table and chair where you can have one on ones, stretch, do some exercises and do the electrotherapy. The exercise machines are in a communal area but there doesn't ever seem to be more that 4 or 5 people there at once. I had a great experience, highly recommended.
On my 2nd appointment with physical therapy when i was finished with my appointment went to Check-out the receptionists was on lunch was not able to make a follow up appointment . I called a couple days later to make a appointment and was not able to get in to the following week. On my way to my appointment I realize I was running late I call the office to let them know they asked me how long I said 5 to 10 minutes. The receptionists needed to ask if it was ok, 4 Minutes later she came back-to tell me that we needed to reschedule needless to say I canceled my appointment . I know they're busy and each therapist May have one or 2 or even 3 patients at a time but still. If I was to go to the orthopedic to see one of the doctor's It would probably be ok but not for the physical therapist office. Yes I apologize i know running late to any appointment is not ok. But there are something in life we can not always control.
Don't be late! Now I do have to say I was and still was in the wrong for not showing up to my first therapy session. But today 6/9/17 and I was 5 to 10 minutes late. Now first off being at the desk regardless if I'm late or not is your job. So I sat waiting for another 10 minutes until I finally walked further into the office. I apologized for being late but was insulted in return for not showing up on time for both days. And then has the nerve after embarrassing me to ask if I wanted to re schedule because clearly I can't handle coming in the early morning. I'm sorry that I was and inconvenience for you to try and get my injury taken care of. I was in the wrong yes. But constomer service 101. As I left it I was told to "Make sure your not late for your MRI tomorrow too." Thanks for starting my day off feeling like a low life.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
