My entire family have been patients at this practice for years. Dr. Sazon, Dr. Chakraborty, V. Cieszynski, FNP-C have always provided outstanding compassionate care for us. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted by the Office staff and Nurses. I hope the 7-9am Walk-In “Sick Hours” will resume this year. 🙏🏼

I currently see Dr Sazon's, NP, at Community Care. They are very attentive to your concerns and answer your questions. The only problem I have is that all the offices overbook their visits, making it longer to see the medical staff. They get you in and do the preliminary, then the wait begins. The doctors try to give each patient ample time, but falls behind causing the next paient to sit and wait 20mins+ for the doctor to show up. The system has been this way for years and needs to be changed. Remember quality not quantity.

Although she's not at the medical center full time, and it is difficult to get in to see her, I try to make all my appointments with her. She's a wonderful physician, with a friendly bedside manner and I will be very sad if she were to ever leave the practice.

Difficult to get into because she is only there part time. As a result it sometime takes an act of God to get a prescription refilled in a timely manor. I have been waiting over a week so far and my prescription has still not been sent in.

I wish I had the version of Dr. Sazon that these other patients have, however, for my mother it was a starkly different experience. Dr. Sazon was dismissive, unmotivated, and overall reckless with my mother’s care. Dr. Sazon was so confident my mother’s complaints and claims were not serious that she said she was fit for work the day following her visit. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to work as she ended up in the ER with a near fatal blood condition.

She's very friendly, kind and caring doctor that treats everyone very professional and watches even the details. Dr. Sazon is my primary care doctor for years now and I'm really satisfied!

She seemed very genuine. I loved Dr. Sazon. The only thing is she became less available so I couldn't see her when I needed to be seen. But Amanda the nurse practitioner is awesome for when I couldn't see Dr. Sazon. Always a good experience.
