Don't waste your time. You'll NEVER see the doctor and good luck getting prescription drugs. Wegmans contacts them for a refill and they NEVER respond. I have to call the office over and over every time I need a refill and even then I have to call AGAIN because one call still doesn't get it done. I've gone without my meds several times because the staff is so incompetent. Awful practice. Switching to another doc tomorrow. After 15 years, they have gone right down the toilet.

I would highly recommend this office for your Primary care doctor. Very short wait times, to be seen. They look at the whole picture, do a complete work up, and follow up with any medical concerns. My prescriptions are sent fast through my pharmacy.

Truly listens when you talk. You feel as if you are a partner with him in your health. Staff & receptionists are also on point. Has been my primary care doctor for about 4 yrs. now.

Had C-Diff for 2 weeks; went multiple times and told to walk it off. These things run their course. Patient in early 70's ended up suffering with a potentially deadly bacteria that was untreated and contagious. Worst doctor ever.

I have recommended him to many friends and family members. Always gets me in, wait times are minimal. I feel like he listens to me, and what I am saying. His PA Jenn is also very attentive, and looks at the bigger picture, both very knowledgeable.

Dr. Ahmed and the NP in his practice, Jennifer Coleman, are both great providers. I've always had good experiences with this office for myself, and for my adult kids.

I was a patient of Dr. Ahmed's until I made the decision to switch PCPs...while I was leaving my appt late one afternoon, I saw Dr. Ahmed leaving the office and approaching what appears to be his wife. They got into an argument and Dr. Ahmed punched his wife in the face....She went down on her knees and Dr. Ahmed continued to verbally assault her....disgusting behavior that appears to be condoned by Clifton Springs Hospital.
