Approach with telling a person he had cancer. It was not done privately (my Father had his Grandson with him) and it was done right after a treatment with Dr. Helft (where my Father had been fasting and had been sedated). He told him about the cancer in a very blunt and uncaring way. We as a family were all disappointed with his approach.

Dr. Helft was much too busy to see me at his practice. When on the phone with him he said he didn't have enough time to properly address my medical concerns.

Dr. Helft is not an individual I would trust to make medical decisions. He is too busy for one-to-one patient interactions, as I heard him say when he didn't think I was listening. He was too busy during my appointment to see me, let alone welcome me to his practice.
