All I have to say is.. UNPROFESSIONAL. If you have been struggling with PCOS I do not recommend. The first thing she said after introducing herself was " you don't look like you have pcos". That's pretty much how the appt went. I wasn't listened too and it felt like she was just waiting for me to say OH YEAH everything is good right? Ya know since you can't see anything wrong with me on the outside. So beyond disappointed.

This Dr was an answer to prayer for my daughter. Treated my daughter's rare condition like an everyday illness. Gave her hope and encouragement in addition to excellent medical advise.

Referred by PCP. Very friendly, listened and explained causes and medications well. Came here for low testosterone treatment after multiple blood tests confirmed issue. She even saw me one time on a walk-in with no appointment. Would definitely recommend.

this doctor is the absolute worst doctor I have ever met in my life. When I am trying to explain something to her she cuts me off. When she does let me talk she doesn't listen. She refuses to answer questions and refuses to admit there are things she does not know. She is rude and inconsiderate. She treats her patients like numbers and assembly lines. I'm sorry but when a doctor is in the room with me I should feel like their only patient.

The office has, on multiple occasions when called for a refill on drugs that need prior authorization for insurance reasons not returned calls.I didn't get my diabetes medication for over a month, with myself and my pharmacy trying to call. When I went to see my PCP about it, he refused to treat me, saying I had to continue with Arshad, despite my issues with the office.

Dr. Arshad has been fantastic! She is calm and listens to your concerns; she was able to find, recommend and follow-up even calling me at home. Highly recommended.
