The staff at Dr. Patnaik's office was very nice. I found Dr. Patnaik listened to issues and asked a lot of questions. My visit lasted about 40 minutes and I felt it was very productive. My only complaint is that the office address on their recording is an old address and she has since moved to a new location. They need to update that.

I have been seeing Dr. Patnaik for almost 3 years. She is kind, caring about her patient's needs. She LISTENS and provides an answer that one can understand and live with. I plan on being her patient as long as I can. I really like her.

I have never met the doctor but I always have a problem getting my Prolia shot every 6 months. I don't know where the problem is, but when I do the leg work with my insurance company, they say they never received the RX. This is going on since the beginning of January, of which they cancelled my appointment because the doctor was out of the country. It is now the end of February and I still have not had my shot. I found a new doctor!! Sue, Long Island 2/24/19

Dr Patnaik is a very caring, understanding, and thorough Dr. I have had autoimmune diseases for almost 30 years. I have never been treated with more care than her. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Patnaik is one of the best physicians I have visited. She is patient, listens and approaches treatment in a logical order. She helped treat me for RA and it's progress has been stopped. I have recommended her to numerous friends.
