My husband and I were looking for a community that would offer the opportunity for a vibrant social life, as well as dining options, without the need to leave the campus. We wanted a maintenance-free lifestyle, including housekeeping. We wanted to stop paying property taxes and utility bills. We found all of this and more when we discovered Fountaingate Gardens. As a "founder" (a depositor before the community is built) we have the ability to select the decor for our apartment, including flooring, cabinetry, and countertops. We have already made friends with some of our future neighbors via social gatherings and social media (for example, our weekly Zoom Happy Hour). And Fountaingate Gardens is offering us a series of workshops to help us declutter and sell our homes in preparation for our move. I can't wait for the day that I can call Fountaingate Gardens home!
