I have been a patient of Dr John Ventrudo and The New York Spine Institute for a few weeks now, and they are so knowledgeable and genuinely caring people who make it a point for their patients to feel comfortable during a stressful time. Dr Ventrudo is a great doctor and I am looking forward to continuing treatment with him and The Physical Therapy Team at The New York Spine Institute.

Dr. Damoura is great!! He's so confident in how he will make you feel your best again, He also has very good bed side manner. Once I signed in, I didn't have to wait long at all. The office is ran very well.

The operations of this specific facility is horrible. There is lack of oversight and mishandling of patient care. All they do is transfer you to personal that aren't there leaving you to leave a voicemail where weeks go by before someone calls you back. This is the 2nd time this has happened.
