I was in a major car accident stony brook referred me to her horrible experience. The people behind the desk are rude . Dr k didn’t even exam me and had the nerve to ask me how she should treat me . Horrible bedside manners . I would never treat someone like the way she treats patients . I feel like calling the DOH on her .

I love Dr Kaul. She is very focused on you, her patient. She listens and is kind and shows a great deal of knowledge. She even calls you at home if she has something to tell you.

I needed a Primary Care Physician in the area. Dr. Kaul didn’t seem to know what to do with me. I gave her a list of my concerns which she did not address any of them. Listening to my lungs was an afterthought as she started to leave the room. She asked me which lab tests I would like to have & wrote orders for a lab to do. There are no in office blood work or urinalysis done. The lab could not fit me in for a month which was outside my time in NY. So, I still no nothing concerning my general health. When I expressed concern over developing arthritis, she asked me which kind I had. I stated that I had hoped a doctor would tell me. End of conversation concerning arthritis. The worst $400 I’ve ever spent. She seems to be a kind person but I wonder as to her actually medical knowledge.

Scared, disorganized, unempowered weak, can’t follow thru and passive. Hey I don’t need a doctor like this. I want a doctor who is my advocate.
