Depends on the day you go you will have a great experience. Doctors are always amazing the assistants and front desk no so much. There a woman at the front desk that is racist, any Latino or black person that goes she treats like garbage and like if we don't have how to pay. she will not let u in unless u give a credit card to put on file she says it's policy but it's not and will make you wait in your car while any one white or any other race other than black or Latino can stay inside the office. Yessss I called the main office it's not the first time they get this kid of call. If you going to work in the health department you can't be racist and more less when you working with children. Now on we will rather drive the extra 3 miles and go to the one in Deer Park

1 doctor handling the whole place on a busy Monday evening. Waited 2 hours, never saw a doctor and left. Need better staffing.

Omg this is the most amazing place to go to when your child Is sick hurt or anything! First of all Dominique at the desk is amazing and so helpful and always makes you feel welcome and cares of the child then the nurses are great Dr Rodriguez is the most beautiful and caring dr she goes above and beyond for your child she is so thorough not like other walk ins you will never get this amazing care anywhere else! Love everyone there drs nurses and front staff don’t hesitate go now!!! You won’t regret it!! ❤️

I had to visit the pm pediatrics location today in commack, ny for my son and was so happy with our visit. The medical assistant Alexa was extremely nice and helpful and so caring and nurturing towards both my sons. She was so knowledgeable and I felt very safe knowing her and Dr. Rzonca were taking care of my son. It's good to know where I can go in the future in need of urgent care for my kids!

Great service as always! Even called the next day to check on our child to see how he was doing. Best place to go after hours if you don't need the ER.
