List of Citymd Copiague Urgent Care- Long Island's Reviews
City MD is efficient, runs like a clock and has very pleasant staff that care about helping patients. I recommend this facility 10/10. Best urgent care around.
Excellent doctor and staff was very helpful and professional.
I really like it , the environment and the doctors was amazing
Nice PA but of no help. I have been having fever over 100 every night but all day it is normal. I explained this to her and she said that because I had no fever when she examined me, that it looks like my body beat whatever I had and that I could mix with people that night, Saturday night. That night my fever went up to 100.7 and has been over 100 every night this week. In fact tonight, Thursday, I had 101.1. I should have went to a real doctor.
Muy buena, tienen buena atención médica y son rápidos en atender. La recomiendo
Always a quick and easy process. Staff very friendly, Doctors and Medical Assistants always very professional. Great place to take a sick kid too!
I actually have to say I am so disappointing. I’ve always used Afc and because of my insurance I can no longer use them. My provider wants me to use city MD you guys no longer do an RPP which most definitely you should’ve done to see what was wrong with me just because a Covid test comes back negative doesn’t mean there’s nothing wrong and now I have to go see my primary care physician to find out what is actually wrong and get an RPP from them to see what is wrong. Thank you for not doing anything. I how ever will let my provider know that you actually didn’t help me and that they’ve got to spend more money now for me to go see my primary care physician I shouldn’t have to sit in the waiting area that is technically empty and nobody around for you guys to come and see a patient. Afc would’ve had me in and out of their office within 20 minutes that’s with an x-ray with a Covid test oh wait and with an RPP. I spent two hours in your office Next time I’ll just go to the ER might be quicker and they’ll know what’s going on.
I went to City MD while experiencing an allergic reaction to medication I took. The team of people who were working took extreme caution and treated me asap. Due to the team of professionals who cared for me I was able to go home and rest. No ER visit for me! Thank you to all of you
My experience was welcoming.
Everyone in their team was compassionate and understanding. I appreciate them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
