The staff was friendly, everyone answer questions the best they could, and the physician was pretty nice and knowledgeable. His recommendation did seem to help. The wait times weren’t terribly around 4:30-5:00 either. Your mileage may vary on the wait times, though.

I went to this CityMD for medical attention and some other inquiries. The process was smooth, not a long wait at all, very clean establishment all around, and the staff was exceptionally polite and professional. The nurse and doctor who assisted me were extremely professional, down to earth, and took care of me without making me feel uncomfortable at all. I will definitely visit this location again if needed for any medical attention.

The assistant at the front desk Melanie was a sweetheart! Very kind and warm. She helped me with the Kiosk machine during the sign-in process. The doctor and her assistant also showed care and concern for my health and well being. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and I would recommend this CityMD to anyone in need of Urgent Care.

Far from professional, went in to get lab work done. The M.A who triaged me was outside the room I was called into, explaining the reason of my visit to P.A Paul and the P.A was almost mocking the reason of my visit, going as far as saying; “Loco”. Unethical, unprofessional, and I’m pretty sure in violation of HIPPA regulations, as he was discussing and making a joke of my personal information loud enough that other patients were able to hear.
